I have the right to refuse commissions

Please provide references, design from scratch will require additional fees.

I will only draw: Original Character, Fanart, Anime style (my own style).

I will NOT draw: Heavy gore, Mecha, furry, realism.

I accept full payment after first sketch is provided.

Please discuss beforehand for a payment plan. I'm willing to do 50-50, 25-25-50.

I only accept Paypal payment.

Commercial usage is generally included in the price for streaming purposes. However, for merch and profitable distribution, please discuss further with me.

Please provide me a dateline if needed, otherwise it will take up to few weeks to finish.

I will send WIP or sketches, please ask for them if I haven't.

Rushed commission has an additional charge, please discuss with me beforehand.

I will provide revisions ONLY during the sketching process once & after the base colouring once. Please don't ask for any changes after the art is done except for minor changes subjected to my approval.

Please dont ask me to change my artstyle, trace other artists' artstyle, or heavily reference another artstyle.

I have all the rights to my art as the artist, unless the commissioner purchased the copyright to the art as discussed.

I have all rights to use my arts on my portfolio, posts on my platforms and for any promotional purposes unless discussed with commissioner beforehand.

Rushed commission charges up to %50 of the original price.

Refund, cancel and return policy: After the first sketch has been provided, and both parties have decided to continue, refunds are no longer available. Please cancel the commission before payment is made.

The usage of my art for NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain and the likes are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Please don't claim my work as yours, removing my watermarks, printing it, and altering my work in anyway without my permission or knowledge. You will be subjected to charges upon the act of doing so, and will be blacklisted from any future commissions nor collaborations related to me.
